I'm James. I do the thinking and the building.

I've always had a genuine interest in how businesses actually work. LSE threw me into a rigorous, competitive environment and showed me what real consulting looks like. Building my own startup gave me the other side: fast-moving tech, AI, and actually bringing in revenue.

Now I bring both to other companies. I like getting properly into a business, working out what actually matters, and building something that lasts.
